We are currently undergoing a period of expansion, both in terms of the development of our product and solution offering and the growth of the sector itself.

The energy recovery from waste and other materials that were discarded a few decades ago is undergoing an evolution that we have been observing in recent years. This evolution has been driven by the technology developed by the leading companies in the recycling sector and by legislation that sets guidelines while adapting to new opportunities that are developing from an engineering perspective.

As part of this system, it is crucial for Bianna to be present at professional events related to recycling or sectors with a high demand for treatment and recovery solutions.

Specifically, this has been a year in which we have strengthened our position as a global leader in comprehensive solutions for waste management and recovery.

We have traveled the world participating in the most relevant trade shows and professional events in the industry, from bioenergy and waste management, biomass treatment, and thermal recovery to events that will set the political and administrative agenda for the coming years.

International presence: Europe as a meeting point

Throughout 2025, Bianna participated in numerous key events on the European professional calendar. Events such as BIO360 and the International Circular Economy Meeting served as opportunities to share knowledge, innovations, and experiences with the main players in the sector.

In France, Pollutec was once again the major international showcase for Bianna France, where our Thermovalue Solutions division gave a reinforced presentation of its thermal recovery offering. This asset further strengthened Bianna France’s increasingly significant presence in the French market.

Energy innovation in the United Kingdom

Two of the major events of the year were Energy from Waste and ESS EXPO (formerly Resource & Waste Management Expo), both held in the United Kingdom.

At these fairs, Bianna, together with our partner Turboden, successfully presented SWIP solutions, an innovative proposal complemented by Turboden‘s ORC technology. The proposal is a comprehensive solution (plant with built-in ORC technology), as well as a solution that optimizes energy recovery, both thermal and electrical.

New markets and international synergies

At LIGNA Hannover, we showcased our range of boilers and thermal recovery solutions for wood processing, opening up new business opportunities in a sector with great potential.

Meanwhile, at IFAT Eurasia, we strengthened our ties with Bianna MassMak, our partners in Turkey, consolidating our position as one of the gateways to the Middle East market.

Latin America: a strategic commitment

The American continent has played a leading role this year. With a prominent presence at IFAT Brasil, Bianna has reinforced its identity within the IFAT framework on both sides of the Atlantic, reaffirming its commitment to the emerging markets of Latin America.

In addition, Bianna Mexico has worked hard, participating in such prominent events as Residuos Expo, demonstrating the high level of professionalism and commitment of our team in the region.

With an eye on the future

Bianna’s presence at all these events reflects a clear strategy: to promote the circular economy through innovation, internationalization, and collaboration.

In 2026, we will continue to work with the same passion, with a significant push in the development of our value proposition.

IFAT 2026 in Munich will be particularly relevant, as it is the most important meeting place for water, wastewater, waste, and raw materials management.

This event serves as a crucial platform that presents valuable solutions and effective strategies for the circular economy and adaptation to climate change. The fair attracts more than 3,000 exhibitors from over 60 countries and approximately 142,000 professional visitors from nearly 170 countries, including leading companies, authorities, planners, and investors, reflecting the global growth and strategic importance of the environmental sector.
