As happens every two years, IFAT Munich becomes the main meeting point for professionals in the environmental sector. For Bianna, this edition is not only an exhibition space, but also the stage where we share the maturity of our business model: global solutions that add value to waste and optimise the operational profitability of facilities.

The new Bianna: comprehensive supplier, global solutions

IFAT 2026 marks the consolidation of our structural evolution, expanding our offering with products that close the loop on the treatment and recovery of multiple types of waste and biofuels.

We achieve this through the synergistic integration of our Mechanical-Biological Treatment (MBT) technologies with the energy recovery solutions of our ThermoValue Solutions (TVS) line.

This integration not only provides continuity in the flow of materials, but also ensures that the entire process is efficient, sustainable and, above all, economically profitable for our customers.

From mechanical recovery to thermal recovery

Our comprehensive proposal is structured to respond to each stage of treatment, realistically aligning with the goal of ‘Zero Waste’ within our Ways2 solutions:

Dual technology:

We combine mechanical precision for pre-treatment, sorting and material recovery (TMB) with advanced thermal technology designed to transform waste and biomass into energy.

We are a comprehensive supplier:

We provide high-performance technology; design, engineering, assembly and commissioning of individual equipment and complete turnkey plants. We also offer financial and commercial advice and support.

Optimised recovery:

We maximise the recovery of recoverable materials and transform waste into fuel and resources for thermal and electrical energy generation.

Bianna SWIP and our partnership with Turboden

During the fair, we will share the technical consolidation of our SWIPS (Small Waste Incineration Plants), a compact and decentralised solution designed specifically for smaller-scale energy recovery.

To enhance this technology, we will present our strategic collaboration with Turboden, a leader in ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) technology. The integration of Bianna’s thermal systems, based on combustion systems and thermal oil boilers, combined with Turboden’s ORC modules, allows for highly efficient heat and electricity generation. This technical synergy provides a solution for waste treatment, reduces dependence on fossil fuels and drastically minimises the logistical costs associated with transporting waste. All this within a highly optimised OPEX framework.

Bianna Live Product Experience:
A technical tour inside our waste-to-energy solutions

To bring our engineering closer to visitors, we have designed the Bianna Live Product Experience. This is a technical and interactive tour of our stand where our engineers will explain the inner workings of our energy recovery, thermal and mechanical solutions. It is an opportunity to discover our Bianna SWIP solution and see the technical solutions and operational performance data first-hand with our technical specialists.

Bianna Services: comprehensive support for profitability

The long-term success of a plant is not limited to its technology; it is based on viability, applied knowledge and maximum asset operability. That is why our service structure accompanies our clients throughout the entire project cycle, acting as an industrial and financial partner:

Bianna After-Sales

A comprehensive range of services aimed at maximising and optimising the uptime and smooth operation of our customers’ facilities:

Technical Support Service (SAT):

Rapid, qualified response to any technical incident by a team of experts.

Preventive and corrective maintenance:

Plans structured according to the type of equipment and its actual workload.

Original spare parts:

Prompt supply of certified parts to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of installations.

Bianna Green Ways (BGW): Know-how that transforms

BGW was created with a clear mission: to transform engineering into tangible experience. We are the meeting place where technology ceases to be a blueprint and becomes a reality in motion. Our operational facilities function as advanced testing centres, specialised technical training spaces and functional commercial showrooms.

We put our infrastructure at the service of knowledge and technological validation through three fundamental areas:

New technologies laboratory (R&D):

BGW acts as a testing ground for the development, testing and adjustment of innovative processes. Our facilities allow us to validate advanced solutions, especially in key technologies such as ThermoValue Solutions (TVS), adjusting processes to specific results before commercialisation.

Operational technology showroom:

We offer a practical showcase where you can see Bianna’s capabilities in action. Unlike a static showroom, our plants allow you to see the actual transformation of waste into resources, demonstrating the performance and reliability of the equipment in real working conditions.

Specialised technical training:

We develop training programmes and practical workshops for our clients’ staff and our own teams. The aim is to ensure maximum operational availability of plants and equipment by transferring the knowledge necessary for efficient management from day one.

Bianna Renting Services (BRS): From CAPEX to OPEX

BRS is the division of the Bianna Group designed to facilitate access to cutting-edge technology in the waste treatment and recovery sector. We are not a traditional financial institution; we act as an industrial-financial partner that enables companies to acquire the necessary machinery, from individual pieces of equipment to complete plants, without the need for large initial investments.

At BRS, we offer access to technology tailored to the reality of each industrial project:

Technology leasing:

Our strategic product. A pay-per-use model with regular payments (monthly or yearly) and flexible terms ranging from 3 to 15 years. This service includes the right to use the equipment, preventive maintenance and specialised technical support, guaranteeing the operational availability of the asset.

Deferred sale:

An alternative designed for customers who wish to retain ownership of the asset from the outset, allowing payments to be structured to take advantage of specific financing lines or available subsidies.

Financing advice:

We assist our clients in securing external financing. Thanks to our technical expertise, we help validate financial business models with banks and funds, facilitating access to capital for large-scale projects.

Our space at IFAT

We have designed and optimised our 100 m² exhibition space as a technical and commercial meeting point. A collaborative workspace designed for analysing projects, establishing strategic alliances and sharing knowledge, equipped with private meeting areas and multimedia interaction areas, accompanied by an exclusive catering service.

A space created for consultative engineering:
Hall B6 Stand 327

The stand design maximises functionality, moving away from a mere exhibition format to focus on valuable interaction:

  • Private meeting areas: Spaces reserved for confidential working sessions with project managers and key stakeholders, focused on analysing the technical and financial feasibility of new plants.
  • Collaborative work areas: Points equipped with multimedia tools and interactive technology to visualise our most outstanding projects.
  • Exclusive catering: A dedicated service for clients and partners, providing a relaxed environment for networking.

The Human Factor: Bianna Engineering at the service of visitors:

The true power of our stand lies in the team we are sending to Munich. We have mobilised our most qualified profiles to guarantee solid and immediate responses to our customers’ technical challenges:

  • Management teams: Business line directors and international management personnel for strategic decision-making and the opening of new markets.
  • Technical-commercial specialists: Engineers with commercial DNA capable of advising on complex investments (CAPEX/OPEX), ensuring that the solution is the most cost-effective and operational for the customer.
  • Process experts (TMB and TVS): Pure engineers who have designed and implemented our solutions, available to address complex technical questions about the integration of Mechanical-Biological Treatment and Energy Recovery (ThermoValue Solutions).

At IFAT, you will not only see our solutions; you will speak directly with the people behind the technology and services that have reinvented waste treatment and recovery, turning it into profitable and sustainable assets.

Schedule your visit IFAT is a demanding event, and we want to ensure that your time with us is productive. We invite you to plan your visit to our stand:

B2B meetings:

Book a working session with our project managers and engineers to analyse the technical and financial feasibility of your plant.

Talent:

If you are seeking new challenges in circular engineering, schedule a brief interview or submit your portfolio to our HR team at the fair.
