Thermovalue Drying (TVD) is a comprehensive solution designed for the drying and thermal dehydration of a wide range of materials. Through prior analysis of the material, the system ensures precise temperature adjustment that preserves the product's chemical properties. To carry out this process, Bianna integrates its flagship drying equipment: the DDR (Rotary Drum Dryer) and BDR (Belt Dryer) units. The result is a simple, robust, and highly automated system that guarantees a uniform output material, free of dust and impurities.

  • Emission control systems: comprehensive gas treatment using advanced technology, such as ceramic bag filters.
  • Thermal energy transfer through our two drying units: drum dryer and belt dryer.
