Industrial boiler designed to transfer energy from combustion gases to water, converting it into steam. Available in various architectures to optimize performance based on the fuel: water-tube.

Self-supporting structure
The tubes themselves support the boiler, eliminating the need for heavy external steel structures, reducing total weight, and simplifying installation and civil works.
Operational safety
Natural circulation ensures that the tubes are always water-cooled, even in the event of electrical failure, preventing overheating without relying on circulation pumps.
Dynamic response
Its low thermal inertia design allows for rapid cold starts and an immediate reaction to sudden peaks in steam demand, maintaining level and pressure stability.
Long service life
The structure allows for free thermal expansion of the tubes, minimizing mechanical tension and material stress during heating and cooling cycles.
Water-tube steam boilers are distinguished by an advanced corner-tube architecture. In this design, the downcomers do not only carry water but also form the structural frame of the equipment itself, creating a self-supporting and extremely robust exchange body. The system operates on a natural circulation principle, utilizing the density difference between water and steam to ensure continuous and safe flow, eliminating the need for mechanical pumps in the evaporator circuit.

Water inlet
Starting point where process water enters to be distributed through the circuit.

Operation
Steam generation with control and efficiency
Hot combustion gases transfer energy to the water circulating in the tubes, generating steam. Water circulation is either natural or assisted. The water feed system is continuous and modulating, using a proportional pneumatic valve to maintain a stable level based on steam demand. The boiler requires feed water to meet strict physicochemical quality parameters (e.g., pH >9.2 at 25°C for operating pressures >0.5 to 40 bar) according to the UNE-EN 12952-12 standard.
