At Bianna Recycling, we continue to strengthen our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Developments in the sector and the real needs of treatment plants call for robust, flexible and performance-oriented technical support. With this in mind, we have embarked on a comprehensive transformation of our after-sales service, which is now being consolidated with new structures, new capabilities and a much more personalised and collaborative approach.
New leadership for a value-driven service
The appointment of Adrià Garcia as Corporate Director of Services marks a turning point in this new phase. His global vision and experience in technical management are providing a boost to a department that is evolving towards a more modern, efficient model focused on anticipating needs.
This transformation is not merely about strengthening resources, but about adopting a service philosophy based on prevention, availability and proximity – pillars that ensure the facilities’ maximum performance in the long term.

As part of this strategic improvement, the Maintenance department has been reorganised to offer greater flexibility, foresight and cost optimisation. The aim is clear: to support each facility in line with its operational circumstances and level of production intensity.
Employment models
One-off services: the most flexible option, designed to meet specific needs on an ad hoc basis.
Equipment maintenance contracts: comprehensive plans with fixed costs and guaranteed standards, directly linked to each machine.
Time bank contracts: the customer pre-purchases a discounted package of hours, ensuring priority access when they need it most.
Spare parts with greater availability, lower risk and maximum logistical efficiency
The Spare Parts department has also been strengthened to ensure efficiency and reliability in the management of critical and wear parts. The availability of spare parts is a key factor in avoiding prolonged downtime, and the new model is specifically designed to minimise waiting times and simplify planning for the customer.
One-off requests
To meet immediate needs quickly and effectively.
Recommended packs
Wear parts kits that streamline management, reduce waiting times and enable faster, more organised repairs.
Spare parts in stock (12 months)
We maintain a stock level agreed with our customers for one year.
Payment is only due once the part has been used — or after 12 months have elapsed —, ensuring availability without the need to take up space or tie up capital in your own warehouse.
With these solutions, we are committed to a supply model that is more predictable, efficient and aligned with actual operational needs.

SAT: more responsive, structured technical support focused on operational continuity
Improvements to the Technical Support Service (SAT) are aimed at reducing response times and providing more comprehensive diagnostics, with a focus on ensuring that the customer’s operations continue without interruption.
Remedial (emergencies)
Rapid interventions aimed at resolving critical faults.
Their value lies in minimising production downtime and restoring operations as quickly as possible.
Standard diagnosis
A specialist technician visits the site to carry out a comprehensive analysis, identify potential future issues and draw up a clear action plan.
This provides a detailed overview of the plant’s actual condition.
‘Plus’ Diagnosis (free of charge)
It includes a free consultation to help the client make decisions, provide technical guidance and offer an assessment based on professional experience.
This service promotes transparency and ongoing collaboration.
A new chapter based on closeness and collaboration
The transformation of Bianna’s after-sales service is much more than just an operational improvement: it is a cultural shift. It means moving towards a model where prevention, availability and ongoing support become the focus of our relationship with customers.
With these developments, Bianna reinforces its aim of being more than just a supplier: a strategic partner for more efficient, sustainable and profitable plant management.
