MM MashMaster
In the treatment of organic fractions and municipal solid waste, achieving a uniform mixture is the essential preliminary step to ensure the success and acceleration of subsequent biological treatments. Bianna's MashMaster has been designed as the definitive mixing and homogenization solution for organic materials.
With an extreme shielding structure and advanced shredding technology, this equipment transforms heterogeneous waste streams into a perfectly conditioned mass ready for optimal fermentation or digestion.
High Wear Resistance
The bottom and front of the tank are constructed with micro-alloyed abrasion steel wear plates. Additionally, for highly aggressive streams, it allows for the installation of an additional lining of HARDOX plates in the upper mixing area.
Interchangeable Paddles
The augers feature wear-resistant mixing paddles designed to be easily replaceable, optimizing maintenance costs.
Total Control and Automation
Its Siemens control system supervises all functions, including temperature monitoring (PTC) and motor current overloads.
Intelligent Maintenance
It incorporates an automated central lubrication system using a piston pump, which autonomously controls and greases the machine's critical points.
High Safety
Equipped with an external emergency stop switch, motor protection, and an IP 55 / IP 54 insulation rating for its panels and components.
The MashMaster is a large-scale piece of equipment consisting of a robust steel tank and a rigid hopper with a capacity of up to 15 m³. The heart of the machine is its shredding and mixing unit, composed of 4 imposing augers equipped with wear-resistant paddles.

Prepare to transform: homogenization and oxygenation
- Biological preparation: It is installed at the head of composting, bio-drying, or anaerobic digestion halls to shred, mix, and oxygenate organic matter, breaking up lumps and homogenizing the moisture of the stream before creating fermentation piles.
- MSW conditioning: Upon receiving mixed and bagged municipal solid waste, the MashMaster tears and homogenizes the mass, greatly facilitating the work of subsequent trommels and screens for organic matter separation.

Operation
Intense mixing for a homogeneous flow
The material to be processed is loaded directly into the tank’s wide rigid hopper (with a 4,000 mm filling width). Once inside, the two asynchronous motors transmit their power through planetary gears to the four mixing augers. These shafts rotate vigorously, generating a turbulent flow where the wear-resistant paddles cut, break, and stir the material in all directions simultaneously. This intense mechanical process ensures that wet, dry, and fibrous components are intimately mixed until reaching the consistency and density required to be discharged to the next phase of the process.
