BCT Bianna Covertech
Bianna CoverTech is a technological solution for the biological treatment of biodegradable waste, including MSW, waste from large producers, and sludge from wastewater treatment plants (WWTP sludge). With Bianna CoverTech, we obtain high-quality compost with minimal investment compared to other technologies, as no building is required; it can be located entirely outdoors. It also does not require the use of biofilters for process air purification.
We have unified our know-how in biological processes with the most advanced technology in technical fabrics, featuring the FR-Compostply canvas.
Total insulation (180º)
Completely closed and fitted to the conveyor frame, preventing the spillage of volatile particles and reducing operational noise.
Foldable accessibility
Designed with a hinge-locking system that allows the cover to be folded from both sides. This enables operators to perform visual inspections without the need to remove the cover completely.
Fully removable
In the event of major maintenance or belt changes, the modules can be completely disassembled quickly, leaving the area free of structures or obstacles.
Self-supporting system
No heavy fixing substructure is needed for installation, making implementation cheaper and faster.
Universal and fast
Extremely easy and fast assembly, designed to adapt to practically any type and width of conveyor belt on the market.
We have focused our efforts on the wet fraction of waste to develop a technology that, with very low operating costs, allows us to obtain maximum performance in urban waste treatment through two different applications: bio-drying and composting. The folding and unfolding of the canvas can be carried out using an automatic system (trolley moving on rails or wheels) or a semi-automatic system (trolley moving longitudinally through guides).

Bio-drying
Covertech Biodry is a technological solution based on the principle of organic matter decomposition with forced ventilation, controlling the temperature of the drying process until the optimum humidity required for subsequent processes is reached. The goal is to obtain a sufficiently high calorific value to produce an alternative fuel capable of replacing standard fossil fuels in industries with very high energy dependency, such as cement or power plants.

Composting
Covertech Composting is a biological treatment that, under controlled ventilation, humidity, and temperature conditions, achieves a suitable degree of decomposition to obtain high-quality compost and/or a bio-stabilized material suitable for use as such.

Operation
High-performance triple-layer membrane for emissions control
It is a triple-layer textile canvas consisting of two inner/outer polyester layers and an internal membrane, which has the unique property of only allowing H2O vapor to pass through while blocking Volatile Organic Compound molecules. These compounds are responsible for foul odors during the fermentation process of biodegradable materials, whether in composting, bio-stabilization, or bio-drying processes.
Other important features include: impermeability, anti-bacterial treatment, high resistance to tearing and traction, and high chemical and UV radiation resistance.
