TOB Vertical Thermal Oil Boiler
Vertical industrial boiler with coils in different configurations. Designed to operate with thermal fluid up to 400°C.
High operating temperatures in liquid phase with minimal pressures, simplifying installation, eliminating corrosion, and ensuring unmatched efficiency.
Safety and Reduced Operating Costs
These boilers operate at high temperatures in liquid phase while maintaining low working pressures. This provides the enormous advantage of not requiring a boiler room or costly civil engineering investments.
Long Service Life and Minimal Maintenance
By operating with thermal oil, there is no corrosion in the steel. Additionally, operation is much simpler compared to steam boilers.
Flexibility
They offer a technical minimum much lower than that of steam boilers.
Flexible Design
Their different configurations offer adaptability regarding different fuel types and production intensity levels.
The BTO thermal oil boiler is a machine designed and manufactured to transfer thermal energy from combustion gases to a thermal oil that acts as a heat transfer fluid. It is presented in vertical execution and is available in different configurations depending on the operating regime and the fuel to be treated. It consists of a body subjected to radiation and another subjected to convection to maximize efficiency. Its design ensures minimal presence of refractory concrete inside to minimize OPEX.

Operation
Thermal Exchange for Maximum Efficiency
The thermal oil boiler harnesses the energy contained in gases from combustion. Depending on the installation characteristics, it will consist of one or several heat exchange bodies between these gases and the thermal fluid. The first exchange body, radiation, absorbs the impact of abrasion and the temperature of combustion gases, while the convection body maximizes thermal exchange efficiency.
