DBR Belt dryer
Low-temperature belt drying system. It is an ideal piece of equipment for lines seeking maximum optimization of the output material and follows the premise of a correct balance between investment and expected results, applying Best Available Techniques (BATs).

Detailed control of final moisture at low temperatures, protecting the homogeneous composition of the product and simplifying operation with continuous belt technology
Unrivaled moisture control
Ensures detailed control of the material's moisture level at the process output, guaranteeing a uniform drying level.
Product protection
Ideal for sensitive materials, as it avoids movements that could cause breakage or degradation.
Efficiency and uniformity
Material dosing is meticulously carried out across the entire width of the belt to ensure the available area is working and to avoid preferential paths for air passage.
Simplified maintenance
The drying belt is kept clean thanks to a water injection washing process that maintains its correct structure, in addition to ensuring that no material adhesion will occur.
The BDR is an in-line drying system that uses a continuous-motion conveyor belt designed to maximize contact with the drying air. The belt is made of a braided material with a steel core, guaranteeing robustness and safe air passage. The system is designed under an adjustable concept and is managed through continuous moisture control. For heat generation, the use of hot water (for example, at 90°C) or diluted hot gases (for example, at 85°C at the inlet) is considered.

Operation
Controlled drying for precise results
The process involves a continuous and stable feeding of the material, with height or gauge control to ensure a uniform material “bed”. The material advances on the belt, and drying is carried out in two stages. The drying temperature is low. The residence time is adjusted to the moisture and temperature ranges of the material.
The three-level control system ensures temperature, moisture, belt speed, and load flow to achieve the desired output parameters. The extraction of the dry material is carried out by means of a screw system.
