Bianna Link is Bianna’s industrial intelligence platform for waste treatment and recovery plants. It reads data from your facility in real time — production, availability, consumption, materials and maintenance status —, presents it on a dashboard accessible via the web and on mobile devices, and translates it into business indicators.
It is neither a passive monitoring tool nor generic software adapted to the sector. It is the plant’s nervous system, designed by the manufacturer: we know which data matters because we designed the production line. Under the Smart Plants 4.0 standard, your machinery ceases to be a static asset and becomes a smart solution.

The entry-level package, included for the first twelve months with all new Bianna equipment from the moment it is commissioned. Real-time installation status, production figures in tonnes and hours, a 90-day history, and technical documentation centralised in the cloud. It includes basic alerts and a secure remote connection so that our technicians can carry out remote diagnostics. Their promise: stop operating in the dark.
Link Performance (Management)
The operational level. It includes a complete history, itemised by line and by equipment, and the energy consumption module with associated costs. The maintenance budget is now calculated based on actual hours of use rather than by calendar, and the system alerts you to the need for replacement before a breakdown occurs. Your team and our Technical Support Service see the same information. Automatic reports and integration with your ERP. Its promise: stay one step ahead of problems.
Link Predictive (Premium)
The management level. It takes the conversation about machinery and links it directly to the profit and loss account: cost per tonne, profitability per line, audit of recoverables and executive reports. It incorporates early detection of deviations, a multi-site map view for groups and concessionaires, and a quarterly meeting with a Bianna process engineer. Its promise: manage your profitability, not just your waste.

The system converts raw data into business metrics. By monitoring variables such as the intensity, speed and tonnage of each piece of equipment in real time, you can operate at optimum efficiency, identify bottlenecks and determine which production lines are performing well and which are not.

Traceability and automatic reporting
Scheduled reports and data traceability: the documentary basis for reporting to the property owner, the concessionaire or the administration.

For thermal recovery plants, including both combustion and power generation facilities and thermal drying plants. From fuel to energy. Tonnes recovered, operating hours, energy generated and specific consumption per tonne processed. Here, every hour of downtime represents energy that has not been generated.

The platform acts as the eyes of our Technical Support Service, which uses the information at its disposal to diagnose issues and take action before any deviation brings the production line to a halt.
