The informant must guarantee that the data provided is truthful, accurate, and as complete as possible. In the event that the informant chooses not to hide their identity, BIANNA guarantees that the internal communication procedure is carried out in a confidential manner. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Management of conflicts of interest<\/strong><br\/>Before the start of the investigative function, if a conflict of interest exists, it will be reviewed with another member who is part of the investigation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prohibition of retaliation<br\/><\/strong>BIANNA expressly prohibits acts constituting retaliation, including threats of retaliation and attempts of retaliation against persons who submit a communication in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.
